Isometric Grass

This Add-On is intended to allow GMs to create grassy areas on isometric maps (either filling the entire map, or placing grass only in select areas of a map).

The assets are provided in 5 variants:

• Standard Grass
• Lush Grass (greener and more vibrant)
• Dark Grass
• Dry Grass (yellowish)
• Dead Grass (brownish)

Each grass variant is also provided in three different densities (full, medium, and sparse coverage).

The grass assets are also provided in oval-shaped “patches” (such as those shown in the preview image), which can be placed precisely where they are needed (or even better, layered atop each other). And you can of course tweak the hue/saturation of the assets using the filter effects in MapForge, if you happen to need even more variety.

This Add-On contains Tiles, Tile Overlays, and Textures. Its content is suitable for use in any genre, and Commercial Use and Publishing is allowed. Please note, however, that the artist who created these assets, Hansjörg Malthaner, would like attribution whenever his content is used (see here for details).

Asset resolution is primarily 323 pixels per cell (though some assets are 229 ppc resolution), so this content should work really well on high-res printed maps.

Note: This product is only usable in the MapForge software (v1.2.7 or higher). It is not a collection of stand-alone graphics, but rather a single, copy-protected file which is only accessible to the MapForge software.
